Multidisciplinary Persistent Pain Programme Objectives
This is achieved by means of a three week client-centred multidisciplinary rehabilitation programme that emphasises self-management goal setting, fitness and functional performance. Referral Source Referral of the claimant to the provider by a vocationally registered clinician or by a comprehensive pain assessment team contracted by ACC. As specified in the ACC contract, a claimant is not eligible for services and services will not be provided to a claimant until the provider receives approval for these services from a case manager.
