Are you an ACC Client?
If you are referred to
Vocational Rehabilitation Services at QE Health, one of the
therapists will contact you to make a time to meet. This may be at
QE, at your home, workplace or another agreed location. An
explanation of intended intervention will be given to you and you
will have the opportunity to ask questions. If you already know what
you are being referred for, a brief description is available on the
ACC Contract Reference
You can bring a support person with you to any assessments if you
wish.

Are you a Private Insurer or Employer?
We can provide:
- Packages as per ACC
Contracts> or tailor services
to your requirements.
- Work Place Assessment
An evaluation of the workplace to ensure the employee can work
safely in the current or alternative job. Components are specific
to your needs, but can include:
- Evaluation of
workplace
- Immediate
implementation of basic workstation adjustments
- Education to
employee and employer on safe work practices
- Recommendations on
equipment modification or purchase
- Recommendations on
modified tasks or hours to enable employee to continue working
- Evaluation of
current work practices and workplace setup to Health and Safety
in Employment Act
