Rheumatology & Rehabilitation Nurse

QE Health is an iconic organisation with a long history and exciting plans for the future.


We are seeking a Rheumatology & Rehabilitation Nurse to become part of our team.

The Rheumatology and Rehabilitation Nurse will work closely with the Rheumatologist delivering outpatient clinics and fracture liaison services as well as working as part of the multidisciplinary team delivering on the pain management programme. QE Nurses have a focus on education rather than traditional nurse clinical duties in a 1:1 and small group environment.


The successful candidate will hold:
• General Nurse Registration
• Current annual practising certificate
• An up to date PDRP.


Applicants will ideally have:

• An interest in rheumatology.  A focus on rehabilitation / chronic pain management / musculoskeletal diseases

• A focus on rehabilitation/chronic pain management/musculoskeletal diseases.

• Two years' experience in a medical setting for pain management and rehabilitation of clients

• Postgraduate desired, but not essential.

Operations Manager

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the smooth operational running of QE Health and be a central point of support both externally and internally. This role is critical to the success of QE Health and the incumbent will work closely with our staff, particularly the CEO and Clinical Leads, to ensure the existing services are consistently excellent and to identify and implement future growth opportunities.


If you are a seasoned commercial professional with experience in Health and Contract Management, end to end project completion, and a proven ability to work well with clinicians and others of varied backgrounds we would like the opportunity to discuss this position with you.

Frontline Customer Service Administrators (2 positions available)

1.  Full Time Monday to Friday 

2.  Part Time on Rotating Roster (involves evening and weekends)


The ideal candidate will be well presented and enjoy working directly with the public.

Daily duties will involve:
o Frontline meet and greet clients
o Client appointment bookings
o Data entry
o Scanning documents
o Answering phone calls
o Processing payments
o Accurate record keeping
o Keeping reception area clean and tidy

Spa and Wellness Assistant

Permanent - Part Time


The ideal candidate will enjoy physical work, a variety of tasks and daily challenges.

 This position includes early mornings and weekends. 


This will involve:

  • Thermal pool cleaning.
  • Mud and Wax treatments preparations.
  • General house keeping duties
  • Deep cleaning in treatment areas
  • Laundry duties
  • Client liaison
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Sole management

Beauty Therapists (2) Senior and Part Time

BEAUTY THERAPISTS (2) - Part Time, Including Nights and Weekends on Rotational Roster

  • Senior  BeautyTherapist - 9 month Fixed Term - Parental Leave Cover
  • Beauty Therapist - part time/casual

We are seeking Beauty Therapists with proven experience in providing customised Beauty, Skin and Spa treatments.  The ideal candidate will provide treatments in a professional, effective, safe, and friendly manner and have a desire to be part of the multidisciplinary clinical team at QE Health.


The ideal candidate will hold a  Diploma in Beauty/Skin Therapy (as a minimum) and/or Massage Therapy and desirable if experienced within a  medical setting.


This position is based on a rotation roster, including nights and weekends.


This role will involve:

  • Meet and greet clients.
  • To provide clinical spa services that includes massage, beauty, and skin treatments.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of spa and beauty industry and treatments.
  • Create customised treatment plans for clients
  • Keep accurate client records and documentation.
  • Client liaison.
  • Seek new and return business.
  • Promote beauty and skin products.
  • Assess/review current practices with Spa, and implement new practices as and when required.
  • Actively stay current with new technology/trends.
