Beauty Therapist / Massage Therapist

Part Time, Casual or Contractor

Do you have a passion and background in providing Beauty and Spa treatments in a professional, effective, safe, and friendly manner, enabling a high standard of customer service?

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Massage Therapy and or Beauty Therapy as a minimum and desirable if experienced in a medical setting.

This position is based on a rotation roster, including nights and weekends.

This will involve:

• Meet and greet clients.

• To provide spa services that includes Massage and Beauty treatments.

• Demonstrate sound knowledge of spa and beauty industry and treatments

• Keep accurate records and documentation

• Client liaison

• Seek new and return business

• Assess/review current practices with Spa, and implement new practices as and when required.

• Actively stay current with new technology/trends.

Customer Service Administrator

Permanent – Part Time

Rotating Roster over 7 Days.

QE Health is an iconic organisation with a long history and exciting plans for the future. We are fast paced, dynamic and innovative with a fantastic team of people.

Do you have a passion for and background in front line administration? Do you strive to provide outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy working in a professional and diverse environment? Then QE Health is the place for you. The ideal candidate will have a background in front line administration, with knowledge of Spa and Allied Health Services being an advantage but not essential. This position is based on a rotating roster, including weekdays, nights and weekends.

The role will involve:

• Greeting clients and registering their arrival

• Booking of treatments for all QE Health services

• Accurate data entry, record keeping and professional documentation

• Seeking new and return business

• Promotion of QE Health products

• Working within a team as well as the ability to self manage.

Ideal candidate will:

• Be a bright and cheerful personality

• Have a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite

• Be professionally presented

• Thrive in a busy environment

• Have the ability to confidently field a diverse range of queries.
