Operations Manager

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the smooth operational running of QE Health and be a central point of support both externally and internally. This role is critical to the success of QE Health and the incumbent will work closely with our staff, particularly the CEO and Clinical Leads, to ensure the existing services are consistently excellent and to identify and implement future growth opportunities.

 

If you are a seasoned commercial professional with experience in Health and Contract Management, end to end project completion, and a proven ability to work well with clinicians and others of varied backgrounds we would like the opportunity to discuss this position with you.

Aesthetic Nurse

 (Permanent Part Time Role)

We are seeking an experienced cosmetic injector who will work along side our team of skin care and beauty professionals who provide specialised treatments tailored for our clients.

 

Ideal team member:
• Proven experience as a cosmetic injector for anti-wrinkle and dermal fillers
• Current Registration with the NZ Nursing Council
• Keep accurate records and documentation
• Seek new and return business
• Client liaison
• Actively stay current with new technology/treatments

Daily duties will involve:

Clinical Spa Therapist

Permanent Part Time

 

Do you have a passion and background in providing Spa treatments in a professional, effective, safe, and friendly manner, enabling a high standard of customer service?

 

The ideal candidate will hold either or the equivalent of-
• Diploma/Certification in Massage Therapy
• Level 5 or 6 Certification in Wellness and Relaxation Massage or Therapeutic and Sports Massage
• A minimum and desirable if experienced in a medical/clinical setting.

 

This position is based on a rotation roster, including evenings and weekends.  This will involve:

• Meet and greet clients.
• To provide spa services that includes Massage treatments.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of spa industry and treatments
• Keep accurate records and documentation
• Client liaison
• Seek new and return business
• Assess/review current practices with Spa, and implement new practices as and when required.
• Actively stay current with new technology/trends.
